Office Visits

First, we get to know each other over the phone, FaceTime, or Zoom to ensure we are a mutual fit.

We bring our entire studio to your office at the agreed-upon time. No mileage fees apply.

Next, we spend about 60 minutes setting up and testing the lighting. This prep work ensures your staff’s camera time is limited while delivering best-in-class results. We bring everything, so you don’t have to worry.

During the photo shoot, we coach and pose each subject and have fun in the process.

We also bring a laptop for instant image review. During the session, we discuss the photos with the subjects to incorporate their feedback and preferences. This allows us to keep shooting to find the perfect pose.

How Do Prices Work?

We offer simple, transparent pricing in two phases:

1. Session Fee: This covers time setting up, breaking down, facial coaching, and shooting during the session. You are provided with an extensive range of images to select from. This is paid in advance and reserves the photo shoot date/time. The session fee does not include any pictures.

2. Image Fee: Only purchase the photos you love. Images are selected during the shoot or later via a web gallery. Professional premium retouching is included. Unlimited personal and business use licensing for perpetuity is included. The images are invoiced after you select the photos you wish to purchase.
