These Terms of Service govern your use of KellyRogersPhotography.com and photography services provided by Rogers Photography, LLC.
We provide professional photography and related services, including but not limited to:
Professional headshots
Corporate and team photography
Branding photography
Product photography
Simple video services
On-location and studio sessions
All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A session fee is required prior to the photography session
Final images are delivered only after payment is received, unless waived at our sole discretion
We accept on-site and third-party payments (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal)
Clients may reschedule sessions by contacting us as far in advance as possible
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of session fees
We stand by our work.
If you are not satisfied, we offer credits or reshoots
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion
Our goal is that you love your images — or we’ll reshoot them
Rogers Photography, LLC retains full copyright to all images
Clients receive unlimited personal and/or business usage rights for images they have paid for
Images may not be sold, transferred, or altered in a misleading or unlawful manner
We may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking
Secure any necessary permissions or access for shoot locations
Ensure decision-makers are present when required (for corporate/team sessions)
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures beyond reasonable prevention.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seminole County, Florida, USA.
